Maykers is a fast growing, data-driven e-commerce platform that brings several parties in the agri-chain together, from farmers to dealers and producers. After our launch in Denmark, Maykers is growing our customer base in the country. If you’re an ace communicator with a passion for following up on warm leads and are confident to pull customers large and small across the finish line then this is the role for you! 

The job

This job is a unique opportunity to ramp up our platform, it’s reach and adoption with one of the two most important groups on our platform: the farmers. Your job is to actively connect with them, onboard them onto our platform and provide them all the information they need. This is a consultative commercial role where you will really get the chance to make use of the different ways of communicating and persuasion you have mastered before, in a unique setting of working at a platform that is disrupting the agri world. 

What you’ll do:

  • Spot where our customers are, what drives them and what the best ways are to engage them - conversion is your constant focus
  • Follow up on cold and warm leads and contact future customers to encourage them to use our platform and inform them about our platform
  • Onboarding farmers onto our platform, making sure they can become familiar with our platform
  • Work closely with the external cold outreach team and help to manage their knowledge to ensure it always aligns with our internal vision
  • Maintain a clear communication, expectations and timelines with internal teammates and external partners on deliverables
  • Understand the needs of our customers in Denmark - become a country expert by constantly improving your pitch to suit each customers needs based on their farm type and business model 

Your background:

  • You are excellent in expressing yourself fluently in English and Danish 
  • You’re passionate about marketing automation and continuously pursuing efficiency 
  • You have experience with following up on leads (warm and cold) and selling a concept
  • You are able to adjust your approach to this and understand the challenges that come with it
  • You have some experience selling a concept or SaaS platform  
  • You have a result driven and commercial mindset without losing sight of what is important for our farmers
  • You have experience in working with CRM tooling, preferably Hubspot, and email automation
  • You are interested in agtech industry and its potential
